Jeffrey Waintroob Roberts
Attorney at Roberts Attorneys, P.A. | Business Law | Trademark & Copyright | Trusts & Estates
Before going to law school, I co-founded and ran a successful internet clothing store. Our company manufactured in China and India, distributed worldwide via a distribution center in the midwest, and I ran the operation from anywhere in the world with Wi-Fi. I spent significant time spent in both Israel and South Florida. In Israel, I received orthodox rabbinic ordination (smicha) from Midrash Sephardi, a rabbinic seminary in Jerusalem's Old City known training congregational rabbis to serve diaspora communities.
Since law school, I've focus my practice on the issues I learned the importance of while in business myself: trademark & copyright (including internet and software licensing agreements), contract review, business and related litigation, and wills, trusts & estates. I work hard to provide comprehensive, personalized counseling and guidance to individuals, families, and business owners alike. I find it particularly meaningful practicing in areas where Secular and Jewish Law (halacha) intersect and write educational and editorial articles for Jewish publications on legal issues.
